Returns and Refunds

​

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GD Lab Grown Diamonds. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping and handling fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we do not refund the VAT (Value Added Tax) or other taxes that may have been charged based on your location. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus any shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@gdlabgrowndiamonds.com. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return. 

Once we have approved your return request, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. 

Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:


- Custom or personalized orders
- Final sale items marked as non-returnable

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that show signs of wear, damage, or improper use.
